Ground maize products
We at Cornexo produce corn grits and flour in individual granulations and fat levels for the food industry, snack grits for extrusion, flaking grits, corn grits, hominy grits and maize for cornflakes, and polenta, corn flour, and gluten-free baking mixes for retail.
Gluten-free baking mixes
An excellent wheat flour substitute, corn flour is ideal for allergics with gluten intolerance (coeliac disease), and we supply a wide range of gluten-free baking mixes for bread, cake, pizza, biscuits, bread rolls and a host of other baked goods.
